About me
Jeremy Harn is an associate attorney for the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt. His primary areas of practice are consumer bankruptcy and consumer litigation. In addition to his work as a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney, Jeremy has litigated cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, The North Carolina Debt Collection Act, and The Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Eastern Bankruptcy Institute. Jeremy was a presenter at the 51st Eastern Bankruptcy Institute, the North Carolina Bar Association’s 45th Annual Bankruptcy Institute, and the North Carolina Bar Association’s “Return to the Vault Series”. He was recognized in Business North Carolina’s “Legal Elite” in 2024.
Jeremy was born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He is married to Dr. Mariya Harn and is the father of two children. Jeremy enjoys time with his family, personal fitness, and sports. He was formerly a collegiate Basketball and Track & Field athlete at the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
