Elliot Gale is a Partner and Shareholder at Gale Angelo Johnson P.C. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2004 with a B.A. in History and earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008.Elliot began his legal career at a personal injury firm after interning at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office. He then spent nine years as a Senior Associate at a consumer bankruptcy firm, where he oversaw over 1,000 Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases and argued before the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2019, Elliot became a founding Partner at GAJP, P.C., leveraging his extensive experience in consumer litigation. His unwavering commitment to protecting consumer rights allows him to achieve optimal outcomes for clients facing financial hardship. Outside of work, Elliot enjoys spending time with his family and is a devoted fan of all things related to the University of Florida athletics.
