About me
Jody Bledsoe is a chapter 13 trustee for the Fayetteville, Greenville, New Bern, and Wilmington Divisions of the Eastern District of North Carolina. Prior to his appointment in 2014, he represented consumer debtors in chapters 7 and 13 for 20 years. He is a member of NACBA and the National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (“NACTT”), he is a former member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and he is on the Board of the NACTT Academy. He is a frequent speaker at national and local conferences, and he is an occasional author for the NACTT Academy.
